Girl Scout Vintage Uniform Fashion Show, Washington DC Celebrating the Girl Scout's 100 year anniversary, thousands of Scouts decended on the National Mall in Washington DC to celebrate. Part of the celebration was a vintage fashion show of Girl Scout uniforms. Here is a young girl in a 1940's uniform. I love this picture as it conjures up conflicting emotions.
